Thank you for a successful fall clean-up!

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who came out to help Saturday morning during our fall clean up - we accomplished so much and it was great to see you all there!

Just a couple of items of note as we wrap up the season:

The water has now been turned off in the garden.

Please clean up your garden beds by October 31st.  If you have renewed your garden bed, you can plant overwintering crops such as garlic in it, but otherwise, please remove all plant matter by the requested date.

If you are adding plant wastes to the compost, ensure they are chopped up into small (no larger than 2") pieces.  Please put them in the black plastic bin or bin #2 (wooden bin in the middle) ONLY.

If you need another copy of the Membership Contract for 2015, please contact our Membership Co-ordinator Cheryl Moller.  Remember - early renewal is only available until October 31st.  Regular renewal will open up in February 2015.

Thank you all for making the 2014 gardening season such a success!  Keep watching the blog, our Facebook page, and the Brentwood Bugle for all the happenings in the garden during the "off" season!
